Over the past few weeks, we've shared photos from this installation. Today, we're sharing the full journey.

This video highlights the transportation, craning, and installation phases of the project. What it doesn't show are the months of design, planning, engineering, and manufacturing that took place before the modules ever left our facility.

That's one of the advantages of working with a team that can support every stage of the modular process. From concept and design through manufacturing, transportation, and installation, accountability remains clear and coordination stays aligned.

We're proud of the people who made this project happen and grateful for the opportunity to deliver another successful installation.

Scotty's Excellent Sea-to-Sky Adventure.

Not every day involves moving modular buildings.

This week, Scotty headed up the Sea-to-Sky in perfect weather to help our neighbours at Copcan keep a project moving forward. Materials, equipment, tight timelines, and a beautiful BC backdrop made for a pretty good day at the office.

It's a good reminder that CIP Transport and Logistics moves much more than buildings. When partners need an extra hand, we're always happy to help find a solution.

Did you know one of our trucks has a film credit?

During the production of Man of Steel (2013), our Mack truck was rented for a week and used in a scene filmed at the Cassidy Inn Pub. It was set up with an ATCO unit on the trailer as part of the background.

It’s not the kind of project we see every day, but it’s a cool story and great memory.

This one stands out.

An 18-unit, two-storey office building transported and installed by our team from start to finish.

Projects like this take more than just trucks and cranes. They take coordination, communication, and a crew that knows how to work together when it counts.

We’re proud of how this one came together, and we’re looking forward to taking on more multi-storey modular projects in the future.

Several years ago, our team handled the transportation and installation of these modular units in full winter conditions. Snow, tight timelines, and challenging access, it’s all part of the job.

Just because we’re based on Vancouver Island doesn’t mean we shy away from the cold.

Projects like this come down to coordination and trust. When timelines are tight and moves need to happen efficiently, strong communication between teams makes all the difference.

From first contact to delivery, this project moved quickly. The client selected a building directly from our Available Inventory page, which allowed us to get them what they needed in just a couple of weeks.
