2) QUOTE After we have brainstormed ideas, I will prepare a quote specifically for you. In order to do this a questionnaire will need to be completed so we both know exactly what is expected. This quote, depending on season, is usually prepared in 48 hrs.
3) APPROVAL Once you have approved the quote ,payment must be made via e-transfer or PayPal. We can also arrange a personal listing over Etsy if you would prefer to pay by Visa, Mastercard, Etsy gist card, etc. A receipt of purchase will be sent upon receiving.
4) PROOFS Your first complimentary proof will arrive by email within 48 hours after we receive your information and photo(s). It will be delivered to your email inbox or Facebook inbox.
5) HOW DID WE DO? Let us know what you think. We are more than happy to make any changes to create the perfect fit for you. So be honest. This is the time to voice your opinion as much as possible. Please check spelling of names as well. A second complimentary proof will be sent within 24 hours. Additional proofs will have an additional fee of $5, so please do not be shy to voice your opinion.
6) FINISH UP After you are satisfied with your design, you may choose to have it printed anywhere of your choice OR take advantage of our professional printing services. This will be decided during the quoting process. If ordering local Pick up can be arranged to avoid shipping costs. Printed Invitation costs vary greatly therefor Frozin Moments prefers to give per order quotes. PRINTING TURNAROUND and SHIPPING
Turn around for printing is 5 business days. All orders inside of Ottawa may be picked up or delivery can be arranged if needed. For orders outside of Ottawa, Orders will arrive at your door within 8 business days after printing. Express shipping can be arranged for an extra fee. Please include if you require shipping when you email your information and photos, this way we are able to give you the most accurate pricing and timeline possible.
