Meet Dylan, our newest team member! 👋

Dylan joined us just before the Canada Day floods, and lucky for us, he came on board at just the right time. So much for easing the young guy into the industry! Nothing says “welcome to the team” quite like floods, long days, and enough kilometres to make you wonder what you signed up for. 😂

There’s often a lot of talk about the younger generation, but Dylan has been proving people wrong since day one. We’ve had nothing but compliments about his customer service, attention to detail, respect for our clients’ property, and his ability to always show up with a smile.

He jumped right in, put in the hours, and handled whatever the summer threw at him. If this is what the next generation of workers looks like, we think we’re in pretty good hands!

We’re lucky to have Dylan on our team and truly appreciate all the long days, hard work, and kilometres he put in this summer.

When you hear the title CEO, you think experienced, powerful, wise. Ours somehow checks all those boxes with just 2.5 years of life experience.

Since taking over, she’s done nothing but drive the company forward (and strongly suggests she should also be allowed to drive the trucks 🚛). Whether it’s the daily giggles, the enthusiastic goodbye waves every morning, or her very serious commitment to pressing every horn she sees, she’s got the whole team showing up early and working hard.

It might seem like it’s all fun and games when the CEO is around—but don’t let the cute smile fool you 😋 She can switch into boss mode real quick. If snacks aren’t fully stocked or you ignore a direct order to honk the horn, expect consequences.

Expect a formal escalation to HR (Elmo), or worse—a closed-door meeting where you’ll be subjected to an intense toddler-gibberish performance review. No notes, no translation, no survivors. You will leave that office questioning your job performance, your life choices… and possibly the English language.
