Another Owen Sound Travel group trip comes to an end today after spending 10 nights/11 days in the Ireland, covering both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. A wonderful group of 38 of folks from the Owen Sound area. We started in Belfast and then on to Donagel, Galway, Tralee, Waterford and ended with a lovely stay at the Kelkea Castle Hotel near Dublin. In the last few days we visited the Midleton Wh***ey Distillery well known for Jameson Irish Wh***ey, visited the National Irish Stud farm, and explored Dublin. And of course more time spent enjoying local pubs and live music. A great trip exploring everything Ireland has to offer. A destination full of history, beautiful scenery, and kind people.

The adventure continues with the Owen Sound Travel group exploring the Emerald Isle. Visited a traditional tweed mill and Kylemore Abby. Experienced an exiting boat ride on the Atlantic Ocean to view the mighty Cliffs of Moher. Saw lots of beautiful scenery along the Ring of Kerry, visited a working sheep farm and watched "Jill" an amazing Australian border collie proudly show off her herding skills. We stopped by the Midleton Distillery for a tour and a tasting of world-famous Jameson Irish wh***ey. And last night we had an unforgettable evening of music and dance at the Celtics Steps show. We've been soaking up the authentic Irish culture with plenty of lively pub visits and fantastic live music. Tomorrow we move on to our last couple of nights at a castle hotel near Dublin. Should be a crowning experience!

2026 Owen Sound Travel group trip to Ireland. Started off in Belfast where we visited the Tatanic Museum and Gaol jail. Then moved on to Donagel with stops at the Giant's Causeway and Derry, and now in Galway for a couple of nights with a visit to the Kylemore Abby on the far west bank of Ireland. Yes, visits to a few pubs along the way has happened and likely to continue on this 10-night to of Ireland. Very green and lush. Lots of sheep. All are enjoying this trip organized by Royal Irish Tours and Owen Sound Travel.

Ireland group trip with Owen Sound Travel and RIT (Royal Irish Tours) has got off to a great start in Belfast at the Titanic Museum. Enjoyed delicious Irish stew yesterday at the Man 'O War pub and tonight many are off to enjoy the Saturday night life in Belfast...sure to involve pubs and music. Cheers!
