Southport is proud to announce the official groundbreaking of the new Southport Operations Building, a significant milestone supporting the Royal Canadian Air Force's Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program. ✈️

The new facility will serve as the operational hub for Airfield Services, enhancing Southport's ability to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable site services while supporting the next generation of military pilot and aircrew training.

This investment represents another step forward in strengthening Southport's aviation infrastructure, creating long-term economic opportunities, and reinforcing Manitoba's role in Canada's Aerospace and Defence sectors.

A night to remember at Southport! 🎬✨

Southport's annual Residential Tenant Appreciation Movie Night welcomed tenants for an evening under the stars featuring Night at the Museum. The event also marked the first official showing on Southport's new permanent outdoor movie screen.

Think the screen looked familiar? It should! Thanks to the generosity of Prairie City Cinema the former outdoor theatre screen has found a new home at Southport. By repurposing an existing community asset, the project supports sustainability by reducing waste while creating a lasting space for community events and future memories.

A sincere thank you to Prairie City Cinema for donating the screen and continuing to support this special event, and to Pro Image Signs for their expertise in installing the new permanent screen.

Thank you to all of our residential tenants who joined us for another wonderful evening. We look forward to creating many more movie nights and community gatherings for years to come!
