High Holiday volume and the knock-on effects of weather across delivery networks is leading to number of delays at Alopex Couriers.
As a result, we have a backlog of items. Given this, providing an ETA for individual items is not feasible given the number of items to sort through in our warehouses. If you are in a very time critical situation and choose to call us, please make sure to have your Tracking Number ready when you do.
We have mobilized extra drivers and are working overtime through the weekends to get every item delivered as soon as we can, and are dedicated to making sure every present makes it to its home before Christmas Eve.

For the time being our KAMLOOPS depot hours are from 8:00 until 1:30. We should get back to normal hours shortly.

Regretfully, at this time, Alopex is not able to staff the Golden depot location at 1417 Trans Canada Highway in regards to accommodating parcel pick up or drop off arrangements. Unfortunately, this is something that may take a few weeks to solve.



Alopex is committed in continuing to provide the best service possible and will be working very hard to create a solution. Moving forward, all inquires should be addressed by calling our dispatch team 1 833 256 2547.

Our Golden depot hours have now been updated. We are open from 7:00-9:30 am Monday to Friday.

A number of parcels in the Cranbrook region are currently experiencing delays. While weather conditions in the area are back to normal, weather events last week further up the supply chain resulted in a disruption of the normal flow of items to our warehouses. Alopex is experiencing a backlog of items as a result, but have mobilized extra drivers and are working overtime through the weekends to get every item delivered as soon as we can. We at Alopex are dedicating ourselves to making sure every present makes it to its home before Christmas Eve☃️⛄️❄️
