We’re still here, busy planning what our winter months are going to look like for Rosemary Lane!

With the cooler weather settling in (and no heat in our little food truck!), we’ve decided to park Tilly for the season and look at some new ways to bring you Rosemary Lane favourites throughout the winter months.

One of those plans is opening our Rosemary Lane Farm Stand at our commercial kitchen in Paradise Valley 🌿

Think freshly baked cookies, muffins, loaves, squares, and all sorts of homemade treats, along with a new menu of comforting, homemade soups to go! 🍲

I’m away house-sitting for the next couple of weeks, but we’re hoping to have everything ready to share with the middle of November.

We’re excited to try something a little different this winter and can’t wait to welcome you to our little kitchen!

An autumn-inspired grazing table with vegan and gluten-free options, and something a little different from the traditional meat and cheese spread. 🍂

We created a beautiful autumn meal filled with roasted vegetables, harvest salad, pumpkin hummus, seasonal fruit, maple-Dijon chicken and a few sweet things to finish.

One of our favourite parts of catering at RL & Co. is creating a menu around the people we’re feeding. Whether it’s dietary restrictions, preferences, or simply wanting something a little different, we’re always happy to create something that feels just right for your gathering.

What will Fall and Winter look like at Rosemary Lane? 🍂❄️

You may have noticed Tilly hasn’t been out for our regular weekday lunches as much lately. We love our little food truck, but there’s one thing she definitely wasn’t built for…cold weather! 🥶

With no heat in Tilly, we’ve been spending some time figuring out what these cooler months could look like for RL & Co.

We’re exploring the idea of opening our commercial kitchen in Paradise Valley for takeout and pick up; your favourite bowls, warm winter soups, and some new seasonal offerings, all ready to take home.

We’re taking some time to figure out what makes sense for the seasons ahead. But there’s a lot happening behind this pretty blue door, and we can’t wait to share more as it comes together ♥️

A morning spent in our commercial kitchen is always a good way to start the day. 🤍

Today we’re prepping for a couple of private lunches with local businesses and then we’ll be loading up Tilly the food truck and heading out to feed their teams.

Did you know our food truck can come right to your workplace? If you’d like to treat your employees to lunch, we can pull up, park at your business and serve everyone right from the truck.

Staff appreciation, team lunch, special occasion or simply because it’s nice to treat your people.

Our new fall menu is here, and we’re pretty excited about this one.

We may not be out for lunch service this week as we’re heading out of town for a little Rosemary Lane research, tasting, shopping, and looking for a few fun new additions to bring home with us. 🤎

We’ll be posting our upcoming schedule soon, AND our to-go menu is coming! You’ll soon be able to order your RL&Co. favourites for pickup right from our commercial kitchen in Paradise Valley.
