Job Title: Transportation Sales Manager

ATL looking for Successful Fleet Sales Representatives, who must have excellent customer service skills to build relationships with potential customers. They must be able to listen to the customers needs and find solutions that meet their expectations. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills is also essential for negotiating deals and closing sales.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building client relationships, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key fleet customers and sales representatives to increase sales.
• Identify potential new fleet customers and develop plans to target them.
• Develop and present detailed proposals and presentations to potential fleet customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust fleet sales strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate fleet sales contracts with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs, preferences and trends to develop creative solutions to meet their needs.
• Work with internal departments to develop appropriate fleet sales programs and offers.
• Track, monitor and report fleet sales performance and progress on a regular basis.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences and other events to promote fleet sales.
Qualifications:
• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• 3 year plus Experience in the trucking or logistics industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
