With a passion for prevention, collaboration, and continuous improvement, Crista focuses on reducing serious injuries and fatalities (SIFs) by identifying critical risks, improving safety controls, and empowering both leaders and workers to take proactive action.

Her work is helping shape the next generation of prevention strategies and create safer workplaces across Saskatchewan.
