In the training class, teacher said, when you get a load, Don’t Over Promise, and Don't be too excited about that load, Do not offer crazy turnaround times and too low prices just to get the load ....
also said, be ready to deal with an enormous amount of work and stress for very little money. Have to be realistic, thus your shipper will not expect you to do something like miracle... makes sense...
