Trina and Danielle spent a wonderful few days in beautiful Saguenay, Quebec this week, attending the 2026 Canada New England Cruise Symposium.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with clients, take in insightful presentations, explore local attractions, and of course, enjoy some delicious Quebec cuisine! They even got to see a black bear swimming across the Saguenay fjord (great pic, Trina!)

Un grand merci to the organizers, speakers, and everyone who helped make the event such a success. It was a terrific opportunity to learn, build relationships, and experience one of the unique destinations that make the CCNE region so special.

Seatrade Cruise Global 2026 wrapped up last week and it was one of the busiest yet for our team. Between the mini-training sessions, the Whalesong Destination Award presentation and two panel discussions, it was a full and productive week.

The turnout for both training sessions was a reminder of the massive appetite there is for applicable learning in the cruise sector, something we continue to test and refine through our Living Lab. Between those sessions and the invaluable networking on the floor — with cruise executives, destination partners and tour operators from around the world — it’s clear why Seatrade matters.

Thank you to the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) for the partnership and the platform. And to everyone who stopped by the booth, we look forward to continuing the conversations.
