* All ticket sales are final and non refundable.
* We are NOT liable for late service arrival due to circumstances beyond our control.


* We will not be responsible for the loss of or damage to baggage's.
* Lost and found items will kept for a period of 30days before being disposed of.
* We have zero tolerance to any form of abuse.
