Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the chance to look back at where we started, share some of the milestones that have shaped our journey, and celebrate how far SkyCare has come over the past 20 years.

But we saved the most important part of our story for last: our people. 💙

It was very special to have our teams across our bases come together for BBQs and mark this milestone together. And when we look back at the past 20 years, one thing is clear: our people are the reason we are where we are today.

To everyone who has contributed along the way, and to the incredible team that keeps SkyCare flying every day, thank you for being part of our story.

Different missions require different capabilities. That's why our fleet brings together aircraft with different strengths, giving us the flexibility to respond to a wide range of air transportation needs.

From medical and time-critical missions to cargo operations, each aircraft brings unique capabilities to our fleet. And every aircraft also supports charter operations, expanding the range of solutions we can provide.

No matter the aircraft or the mission, the purpose remains the same: serving the people and communities who rely on us. 💙

SkyCare began as an air ambulance provider, connecting patients in remote communities across Northern Ontario with the care they needed.

As we grew, so did the ways we could serve. We introduced charter and cargo services to provide more air transport solutions for communities across Northern Ontario and Manitoba, and later expanded our reach across Canada, North and Central America, and the Caribbean.

Along the way, our medical operations grew too, expanding to include specialized medical transport, organ missions, and repatriation services both nationally and internationally.

20 years later, we’re proud to continue expanding our solutions to better serve the people and communities who rely on us. 💙✈️

SkyCare began with one aircraft, one operational base, and a simple mission: to provide safe, reliable air ambulance transportation to remote communities that needed it most.

Since then, every aircraft added, every new base opened, and every team member who has joined us has helped extend our reach. What began with air ambulance transportation has grown to include a wide range of air transport solutions, allowing us to serve more people and support more communities.

Today, our fleet is larger, our team has grown, and our reach extends farther than ever. A lot has changed over 20 years, but the commitment behind what we do has remained at the heart of our operations every step of the way.
