Over the past several weeks, communities across Northern Ontario and Manitoba have faced the devastating impacts of wildfires. As conditions changed rapidly, many people experienced uncertainty, challenging circumstances, and urgent evacuations.
We were grateful for the opportunity to support a variety of wildfire response efforts alongside our partners. From providing humanitarian flights in South Indian Lake, Churchill, Cat Lake First Nation, Armstrong, and Pickle Lake, to supporting our partners at Guardian Eagle during wildfire-related challenges, safely transporting workers affected by road closures, and delivering essential supplies to communities in need, every mission was a reminder of our commitment to providing safe, reliable air transportation solutions when they were needed most.
None of these efforts would have been possible without the dedication of our incredible team. Behind every flight was a coordinated effort involving our operations, administration, and maintenance teams, along with our flight crews, all working together to help ensure people reached safety.
