Purchase and move included in price of $15,000. Moved within 1hr driving distance of Spruce Grove to a rural location, place on a back over compatible foundation (such as blocking or screw piles), assumes no other expenses.

Unit includes blocking it is currently on, however you may need some additional blocking and shimming. Greater driving distances or other types of foundations are available at a negotiated price.
