We made it onboard the AmaWaterways AMA Magdalena not without some challenges.
Our driver from Cartagena spoke no English, did not have SatNav or data to get Google Maps and apparently his instincts were wonky.
After heading the wrong direction near the port of Barranquilla, he got directions from a local cabby who escorted us to the AMA dock.
(Adventures to share with the grandchildren, lol)

We were so happy to see the familiar AmaWaterways River Cruises logo😬
