WE’RE HIRING — SEASONAL OPERATORS
LIMITLESS CUSTOM FARMING LTD. is growing, and we’re looking for a few more full-time seasonal operators to join our team!
We’re looking for people with farm equipment experience to help with square baling, stacking, silage hauling and manure hauling.
This is agricultural work, so there’s no 9–5 attitude. We need people who are willing to put in the hours and get the job done.
What the job includes:
Operating different types of farm equipment
Square baling and stacking
Silage and manure hauling
Loading and unloading equipment
Basic equipment maintenance
Keeping up with paperwork
Keeping equipment and the work area clean and safe
What we’re looking for:
Farm equipment experience
Clean driver’s abstract
Basic mechanical skills
Good work ethic
Positive attitude and able to work well with a crew
Class 1 licence is a big asset, as we deliver to our customers
We have a good crew, up-to-date equipment and plenty of work for the right people.
Wages based on experience.
