Have extra cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, zucchini, beans, or other fresh veggies? Your garden surplus can help feed local families with healthy, fresh food. 🥕🍅🥒

Know a local farmer? We happily accept larger quantity donations too! Fresh produce is one of the most appreciated items we can offer our clients during the summer months.

Every donation stays local and helps neighbours right here in our community. ❤️

Helping Hand Food Bank is a member of Feed Ontario, the province's largest collective of food banks and hunger-relief organizations working together to end hunger in Ontario.

As more and more people need to turn to food banks to get by, Feed Ontario is helping us meet the rising need in our community.

🥕 Most Needed Monday 🥫

This week we’re running low on canned vegetables of all kinds! Corn, peas, carrots, green beans, mixed veggies — it all helps fill shelves and family dinner tables.

What a reason to smile. 😊

Because of this incredible community, the Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign raised an amazing $77,581 for the Helping Hand Food Bank!

From every cookie purchased, every box ordered, every volunteer who spent hours decorating cookies, and every person who helped spread the word — thank you. This campaign truly showed what happens when a town comes together with heart.

A huge thank you to all 4 Tillsonburg Tim Hortons locations for choosing us and supporting our community in such a big way. Your staff worked nonstop all week and did it all with smiles.

And to our volunteers — thank you for rolling up your sleeves, icing cookies, and helping make this campaign such a success behind the scenes.

Tillsonburg, you gave people something to smile about❤️🍪

A huge thank you to the amazing local realtors who hosted food drives throughout Tillsonburg in support of the Helping Hand Food Bank.

Together, we collected over 3,300 pounds of food — enough for approximately 2,775 meals for local families.

Thank you as well to the community of Tillsonburg for showing up and filling the donation bins. None of this happens without people taking the time to grab a few extra items at the grocery store and donate them. Every can, box, and bag added up in a big way. We appreciate the support from everyone who helped make this drive a success.
