Stick Curling is becoming more and more popular, both for comfort and necessity. It keeps many in the game from young to old who have balance issues, flexibility issues, knee, back or hip issues. While it is not a traditional slide from the hack, everything else entailed in the delivery is traditional. From aim, weight and handle, you are simply adjusting the slide out to a walk out of the hack!

A great video from Curling Canada showing a delivery with the stick. Join us for the Try Curling next week and give it a whirl!

Curling is for everyone!
