“This trip I used a travel agent and I’m so glad I did. Bailey went above and beyond what I could have expected. 26 days before my scheduled trip my return flight was cancelled by WestJet and rescheduled for a lay over that would take 14 hours to get home. Bailey was able to get me many options to avoid this long travel day home.

We cancelled our original trip and booked a new one same dates, better flights and resort. When flying out our luggage was removed from the plane and left in Toronto. Lucky us our luggage was delivered after a couple days but we still had to purchase some clothes and toiletries. Bailey was on the case providing the details for reimbursement of unexpected funds.
