Tech Tip Thursday!

When it comes to shop safety, the basics matter — and today’s reminder is a big one!

Always use proper axle stands.
Your safety depends on stable, correctly rated support anytime you’re working under a vehicle. It’s a simple step that can prevent serious injuries.

🚫 Important reminder:
If an axle stand does NOT have a visible load rating sticker, it should not be used.
No sticker = no guarantee it can safely hold the weight. It’s not worth the risk.

Stay alert, stay safe, and keep your equipment — and yourself — protected.

As temperatures drop, your equipment needs a little extra TLC to keep running smoothly. This week’s tip is all about protecting your air systems in the cold weather.

👉 Make sure you’re draining your air tanks regularly to prevent moisture buildup. When water sits in the system, it can freeze — leading to major headaches, downtime, and costly repairs.
👉 Keep some brake line anti freeze handy for those especially bitter days. A quick preventative step can save you from frozen lines and unexpected breakdowns.
