Behind every railway improvement is a team of specialized equipment helping get the job done.

This past weekend, our yellow plant machines and work trains supported important work around Union Station, including preparing the tracks for upcoming installations of new crossovers.

The yellow plant fleet, including the tamper seen here, works alongside specialized work trains to play a critical role in how we build and improve the rail network. By helping crews complete complex track work safely and efficiently, these machines allow us to make significant progress within a single weekend while minimizing impacts to surrounding communities.

We appreciate your patience during construction as we continue to expand GO.

PRESTO and groceries, all in one stop 🍌🚌

We're expanding select PRESTO services to 29 more No Frills stores across Toronto, Mississauga, Oshawa, Hamilton and Burlington over the coming weeks. These additional locations will make it even easier for transit riders to access PRESTO close to home.

A busy weekend of construction on the rails. 🚧

Crews worked across the Kitchener, Barrie and Lakeshore West lines on major infrastructure and maintenance projects that will support faster, more reliable and more frequent service as part of GO Expansion. From future stations and a second track, to bridge, platform, and corridor upgrades, we appreciate your patience during weekend service adjustments.
