Good news! $250 million film, TV studio coming to Toronto Port Lands!
The hub will include eight sound stages, production office space, as well as workshop and production support space. A public promenade is also expected to be developed along the water’s edge to “further transform this area of the Port Lands into a healthier and more liveable space for workers and visitors alike,” the city said.

Good News!
There's a new TTC station coming to the ferry docks!

A brand new TTC hub, Queen's Quay-Ferry Docks Station, will connect to ground level via a future office building slated to replace the 41-year-old Westin Harbour Castle Conference Centre, as well as via multiple external entrances and a link to the PATH network!

This is just 12mins walk from our Lakeside Residences project!

Dan Menchions, a partner at II by IV Design, talks Lakeside amenities to Toronto Sun. “The rooftop putting green and pool are very different and unique in terms of amenities to complement downtown living,” says Menchions. “Being so close to the water provides an opportunity for residents to enjoy an outdoor recreational culture of the waterfront from the comfort of their own home.”

Urban Toronto took a look inside the Lakeside Residences’ presentation centre.

“Lakeside's design draws inspiration from the sailboats commonly seen in the harbour a short distance to the south, evident in the complementary convex and concave facades seen on the first phase's taller towers."

The presentation centre for Lakeside Residences is open onsite at Lake Shore Boulevard East and Sherbourne, where the Greenland Group will build the multi-tower Hariri Pontarini Architects-designed complex.
