This morning our team at Vinzan International is thrilled to formally announce the 51% acquisition of Colombia Dreams Ma*****na (CDM) to form Vinzan Colombia. This deal has been in the works for nearly 6 months and solidifies our operation in South America.

Our operation in Colombia includes two growing regions and four sites. Two in Guamo-Tolima and two in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, totalling over 18 hectares (1,937,504ft²) of cultivation land.

The Vinzan International team is building a global network of operations to service regional demand for CBD and THC distillates, CBD isolates and end form cannabis products. Vinzan Asia will service the growing cannabis market in Asia-Pacific region while Vinzan Colombia will focus primarily on genetics and distribution within the Americas.

Our team at Vinzan International is thrilled to announce that we are strategically expanding our advisory board and welcoming four new members to our team!

Joanne McNamara will serve as an advisor for corporate responsibility and international relations, Michael Liebrock will provide guidance on capital markets related activity, Chuck Homer will serve as a coach and advisor to the executive team, and Sarah Seale will focus on human resources and help guide Vinzan International’s rapid expansion.

About our Board of Advisors:

Joanne McNamara is a Principal at Santis Health and served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Canada.

Michael Liebrock is the Managing Director of the Stronach Group and previously served as a Management Consultant with Boston Consulting.

Sarah Seale has spent the last 4-years working in the cannabis space and is the Managing Partner and CEO of Cannabis Management Resources.

Chuck Homer is currently a TEC Canada CEO and KEY Executive Chair and previously served as President and CEO of GSW Inc.

Our team spent another productive week in Lao PDR, meeting with senior Government Officials and updating them on our developments and plans in the region.
