John, a fisherman in Renews, Newfoundland and Labrador, purchased his family’s fishing enterprise in 2014 from his father and recently expanded, purchasing his father-in-law’s fishing licenses and his own commercial fishing vessel “Hammer Down.”

John Will Brazil is committed to keeping a traditional industry alive and CBDC Celtic is helping him build a business which is a tribute to Newfoundland’s fishing industry and the survival of rural communities in the province.
