**Remembering John Horton, founder of World Cargo**
We are deeply saddened to share the passing of John Horton earlier this week. John was a beloved figure in Vancouver’s air cargo community, known for his warmth, generosity, and unshakable spirit.

John spent many dedicated years with British Airways, where he built countless friendships across the airport and cargo industry. After retiring, he continued to follow his passion by founding *World Cargo*, a company that has since become one of Vancouver’s premier freight businesses. Thanks to John’s leadership and gift for building meaningful connections, World Cargo has moved thousands of shipments and continues to thrive today.

John’s legacy lives on through the people he touched and the company he built. As well as his loving family. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A celebration of John’s life will be held on **Monday, May 12th at 2:00 PM** at **Victoria Memorial, South Surrey**. Boston Pizza at 4:30 for stories after. All who knew and loved John are welcome to attend.
