Cloud Hawk Security Corp. is pleased to announce its recent launch of Guardian Fire Shield at the Toronto Home Show (THS) - Sept. 28th, 29th, 30th. It was a great success on so many fronts.

We are also pleased to announce that Damon Bennett www.damonbennett.ca has come on board with his Full Endorsement. Damon was at the THS and was well received both at our booth and on stage. More to come regarding his ongoing engagement.

Per conversations and/or messages conveyed in the past regarding our position, the objective was to right the wrongs by MEHOE Enterprise Inc. Both E.T.M. Industries Inc. and Cloud Hawk Security Corp. have completed this task with multiple Supreme Court Judgements against the company, Matt Perry & Shawn Pringle - the Directors noted on record. We undertook this task to protect all those who have been exploited by MEHOE and the Directors of its company; while ensuring the opportunity to mitigate the risk associated with fire would be continued.

As for old inventory that is in the market, we have stated all along that any consideration by Cloud Hawk Security Corp. to entertain taking it back would be on the condition that it would be for a nominal amount - as the inventory is dated - needs to be re-certified and go back into the market complete with the improvements on the product that have been made. We remain interested in those that may want to remain engaged with Guardian Fire Shield.

We have also launched with Reliable Parts Canada as our National Distribution House. Our Resellers/Distributors no longer need to maintain inventory - yet have the product shipped Same Day - Next Day anywhere in Canada for $10.00. More on this in the next couple of weeks.

For those of you who remain confident as to the merits of the technology and the benefits it can offer to mitigate against the Personal Risk, Loss of Property, Loss of Life and growing insurance costs, we now include a $5 Million Certificate of Liability policy behind each unit installed.

UL Certification, which will be underway shortly, and reflect several value-added features Cloud Hawk Security Corp. & E.T.M. Industries Inc. are bringing to market.

In closing we are pleased to advise that Guardian Fire Shield can now to integrated in with Fire Alarm systems; and on target to be Monitored 24/7 by mid-2019. Insurers are eager to source the statistical data that Guardian Fire Shield will be providing. Fire Fighters and First Responders will have 'Real Time' intel at their finger tips.

Those of us here at Cloud Hawk Security Corporation, (CHSC), would like to provide an update to all of you have been through the challenges over the last couple of years in dealings with what was formerly known as the Mehoe Enterprise Inc. and the “Haven” Product.

Please see the notes below that will bring you up to speed on the last couple of years’ events to our current status;

• MEHOE Enterprise Inc. (MEHOE) no longer has the capacity to manufacture the product known in the market as HAVEN.

• Cloud Hawk Security Corp. (CHSC) and E.T.M. Industries Inc. (ETM) have entered into an Exclusive Agreement with each other’s companies for the continued manufacture, delivery and support of what is now known as the Guardian Fire Shield automatic fire suppression device.

• Both CHSC & ETM have successfully taken MEHOE to court and won judgements on all counts. ($300,000+,all of which is public record), This was done on behalf of all companies who have been exploited by MEHOE in one form or another, ETM in particular and CHSC. Total Amount of unfulfilled Judgements represents hundreds of thousands of dollars in development costs, investments in products and legal fees.

• CHSC has secured its interest in the Patent for the product. We now own our share of the patent itself.

• ETM is the Exclusive Global Manufacturer for the product, and CHSC has an exclusive OEM Supply agreement, no one else can acquire the product.

• A re-branding is taking place from HAVEN to Guardian Fire Shield: https://www.guardianfireshield.com/

• Please note that the balance of all HAVEN inventory is or has been sold off.

• Guardian Fire Shield has now been granted an increase of its general liability coverage from $2,000,000 to a Commercial General Liability Limit of $5,000,000. This expression is in the confidence in the quality of the product manufactured by ETM and our Insurer/Underwriters, and frankly dissuades arguments regarding the need for reliance on ULC or other attributable certification, however we are still working our way through the ULC Certification process.

• CHSC have entered into Master Assembly Agreement with parties outside of Canada; and are willing to discuss this with any other individuals that may have interest in marketing the Guardian Fire Shield as a reseller in their respective global areas.

• We are also developing, and have brought to market, additional value-added products and accessories in support of Guardian Fire Shield. Further details will follow.

To all of you, we are not sure of what level of support you have suffered through with Mehoe but rest assured that CHSC is now firmly entrenched in a position to continually and fully support, deliver and nurture the continued growth of the Guardian Fire Shield product.
