🔥 Wildfire Season: Is Your Supply Chain Ready?

In the North, conditions can change quickly. Wildfires, road closures and reduced visibility can affect delivery schedules, remote worksites and access to essential supplies.

A resilient logistics plan starts with:

✅ Identifying time-sensitive and critical freight
✅ Building flexibility into delivery schedules
✅ Keeping shipping and receiving contacts up to date
✅ Monitoring official wildfire and 511 Yukon road updates
✅ Working with a logistics partner that understands northern conditions

From rush freight and shipment tracking to temperature-controlled transportation and crew shuttles, Small’s Expediting is here to help keep Yukon businesses and projects moving safely.

Need help planning an upcoming shipment? Let’s talk.

Doing logistics in the Yukon isn’t just about moving freight.
It’s about planning for -40°C mornings.
It’s about gravel shoulders, ice fog, and tight schedules.

At Small’s Expediting, we don’t just deliver freight - we deliver reliability in northern conditions.

The north doesn’t give second chances.
That’s why preparation matters.

Proud to serve Yukon’s mining, construction, and community partners every day.
