* You'll get to participate in club sponsored trips and events, including VIP status on guest speaker events.

* You'll know who is paddling where & when, find car pooling and shuttle buddies more easily.

* You'll get to know other members with an array of paddling experience & expertise who are happy to share.

* You'll feel good knowing you're supporting this club and a sport we're all enthusiastic about.

We are in the Canada Day parade again this year. Plan on being part of the group. Please bring your children, grandchildren, neighbour’s children and their relatives. You can also walk next to Montreal Canoe with a paddle. It is great fun and an incredible way to let the public know we exist. It is next Wednesday, July 1st, Canada Day. The parade starts at 11am and we stage in the area of Ouellette and Shephard at about 10am. See you there.

Thank you Dennis Marentette and Renee Burns for organizing.
