JAS RB GILL Transport Ltd. is looking for Owner Operators and professional Truck Drivers to add to our team in Winnipeg to haul loads on FLAT DECK. We have been in the trucking industry for over 8 years and have had a base in Winnipeg for 7 years. Our company is built on a solid foundation of core values that enables the development of great drivers and long careers. Our award winning, passionate and dedicated management team is always around to train, dispatch, coach and support our team of drivers during their daily work.



We offer you the loads, programs, and support you need to earn more, save more, and improve

profitability. Partner with JASRB as owner operators for:

• Customer to Customer Pickup and Delivery

• Consistent revenue

• Volume pricing for fuel

Like any good partnership, we'll have your back while you're on the road! Our support team, everyone from dispatch to maintenance, are dedicated to helping you succeed. And your time off the road is equally important to us. We plan our routes to make sure our Owner Operators and Drivers can enjoy reliable home time.



For Owner Operators:

We will deduct 10% dispatch. No other extra charges.



For Drivers:

The right candidates will have a valid Class 1 or AZ License, and 1-year commercial truck and trailer experience (dry van, re**er, tanker, flatbed, local, regional, OTR) would be an asset.



Reasons to join our team as driver:



•Adding New Tractors And New Trailers regularly.

Supportive Fellow Drivers are willing to help each other out.

•Consistent, regular lanes that will earn you steady miles and the stability of a steady direct deposit paycheck.

•Drivers are paid bi-weekly on Fridays and are paid for the trips they hand in by Tuesday the week before payday (no hold backs).

•Resets At Home, Generally On Weekends.

•Open Door Policy & Communications.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent



Position Details



Currently the positions require owner operators and driver for hauling loads on a flatdeck within Canada. Training for the job will be provided by our in-house trainers and staff. We are currently looking for full-time drivers to join our team.



Pay may vary with Flatbed Experience and increase with time.
