We've been enduring the cold for months — it's time to get outside and enjoy the spring weather!

Here are four ways to enjoy your spring break outdoors:

1. Ski and Snowboard

Spring break is the last week for most resorts, and many have great events that double the fun. Asessippi has multiple, including their annual Slush Cup!

2. Hike, snowshoe, or ski a groomed provincial park trail

Manitoba's provincial trails can be gorgeous during the spring melt. Pine Point Rapids has amazing views nice as the river starts flowing harder along the path.

3. Go snowtubing

There are tubing parts all over southern Manitoba. It's terrifying, exhilarating, and hilarious all at once. A great way for families to spend a day together.

4. Go fat biking

Those fat-tired bikes will handle any snow and ice left. Take a tour through Winnipeg's trails or venture out to a provincial park trail. There are several places in Winnipeg to rent from.
