Payne Transportation is looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our team in Winnipeg!

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support — troubleshooting software and connectivity issues, supporting Citrix/thin clients, Office 365 and Teams, assisting with TruckMate upgrades, and running SQL queries and Crystal Reports.

What we're looking for:
✔️ 1–3 years of IT support/help desk experience (or strong co-op/intern experience)
✔️ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔️ Good knowledge of Windows, basic networking, and hardware
✔️ Basic SQL skills (Crystal Reports experience is an asset)
✔️ Great communication and customer service skills

This is an on-site role in Winnipeg, with occasional visits to nearby locations.

Join Payne Transportation’s maintenance team at our Winnipeg terminal, 1-435 Lucas Avenue, CentrePort, MB.
• $22–$38/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Health, dental and vision benefits and educational support

Applicants should have experience in preventative maintenance and repairs, a basic set of hand tools, and Red Seal certification or equivalent to complete safety paperwork.
