Scheltema Trailer is a family owned Canadian company based out of Woodstock, Ontario. Formed in 1977, Scheltema continues as one of the premier Canadian manufacturers of specialty semi-trailers, including on & off highway hydraulic detachable, flat deck trailers, steerable and custom heavy-haul transporters. Priding itself in its engineering capabilities, Scheltema also specializes in the heavy-haul trailer segment serving the 50-ton + market, building trailers with capacities up to 200 tons. In addition Scheltema Trailer builds a specialty heavy haul trailer for use with mobile power substations which serves the power utility industry across North & South America. Scheltema recently completed the purchase a 180 000 square foot facility in Woodstock, Ontario in order to expand our production capacity to keep up with demand. Our fully outfitted facility maintains consistent high standard of quality from fabrication to paint. We take pride in manufacturing a high quality and robust product that is sure to exceed the customers expectations.
