Our QSS Danube team successfully carried out wheat loading supervision in Giurgiulești Port in Moldova.

Having our team on site means our clients have direct oversight of the loading process, with sampling carried out at the right time and potential issues identified before the cargo moves on.

When cargo is rejected due to suspected contamination, independent inspection provides an objective record of the cargo and container condition.

During a recent survey in Middlesbrough, following the rejection of a shipment of technical alcohol, samples were drawn and field tests carried out. Visible foreign particles, an atypical persistent odour and turbidity after water dilution were observed.

An independent surveyor helps establish the facts, preserve evidence and provide impartial findings — giving all parties a reliable basis for claims, insurance and further investigation.
