Featuring a precision machined case with an integrated heat sink to lower operating temperatures. This results in less fade over the course of a race, longer run times, and increased motor life. Sensored operation results in a smooth and controllable power band, while a powerful 4-pole rotor is supported by precision ball bearings for maximum power output and reliability.

Some Years ago Team Orion introduced a new generation of brush motors, it revolutionized the whole industry and became a must have to win races,.
It has been called the team Orion V2. You can see some of the early prototypes, pre-productions and final product in the pictures as well as manufacturing steps.

The Engineer behind this project is Fabrice Ramela,. Fabrice worked closely with Philippe Neidhart to make it possible. from a prototype to a World Champion product.

All the endbells have been produced in Switzerland at the CRF manufacturing plant which is close to the Team Orion headquarter. The winding were produced at Team Orion USA in California under the supervision of Rick Hohwart.

Many motors manufacturers purchased OEM endbells from Team Orion, it was the only way to stay competitive.
