LA QUALITÉ EN MARCHE À CAMRAIL

CAMRAIL franchit une nouvelle étape dans le renforcement de son Système de Management de la Qualité.

À travers un audit à blanc mené avec l’appui du cabinet SGS, l’entreprise dispose désormais d’un diagnostic structuré de ses pratiques et d’une feuille de route claire pour poursuivre sa montée en maturité.

Au-delà des résultats, cette démarche constitue un véritable levier d’amélioration. Elle permettra de renforcer les processus, la maîtrise des risques, le pilotage de la performance et la culture de l’amélioration continue.

Cap désormais sur les prochaines étapes, avec une ambition claire : progresser collectivement vers les exigences des référentiels ISO 9001 : 2015 et ISO 22163 : 2023, spécifiques au secteur ferroviaire.

Parce que la qualité se construit chaque jour, par l’engagement de tous.



QUALITY IN MOTION AT CAMRAIL

CAMRAIL has reached another important milestone in strengthening its Quality Management System.

Through a mock audit conducted with the support of SGS, the company now has a structured assessment of its current practices and a clear roadmap to continue building the maturity of its management system.

Beyond the findings, this process is a powerful driver for continuous improvement. It will help strengthen processes, risk management, performance monitoring and a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

The next steps are now underway, with a clear ambition: progressing collectively towards the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22163:2023, the international standard dedicated to the railway sector.

Because quality is built every day, through everyone’s commitment.

TARCIS-PATRICK MANGA PREND LES COMMANDES DE LA COORDINATION DU CENTRE

CAMRAIL poursuit le déploiement de sa gouvernance de proximité.

Le 14 août 2026 à Yaoundé, Tarcis-Patrick MANGA a officiellement pris ses fonctions à la tête de la Coordination du Centre, à l’issue de la tournée d’installation des nouveaux Coordinateurs conduite par le Directeur Général Adjoint en charge des Opérations, Hamadou BAKARY.

Cette nouvelle étape marque l’aboutissement d’un parcours à travers les Coordinations de l’Est, du Nord et du Centre, avec une même ambition : renforcer la cohérence des opérations, rapprocher davantage le management du terrain et mobiliser les équipes autour des exigences de sécurité, de qualité et de performance.

Bienvenue à Tarcis-Patrick MANGA dans ses nouvelles fonctions, et tous nos encouragements aux équipes de la Coordination du Centre pour la suite.



TARCIS-PATRICK MANGA TAKES THE HELM OF CAMRAIL’S CENTRAL COORDINATION

CAMRAIL continues to strengthen its proximity-based management across its network.

On 14 August 2026 in Yaoundé, Tarcis-Patrick MANGA officially took office as Head of CAMRAIL’s Central Coordination, marking the final stage of the installation tour of the company’s new Coordinators led by Hamadou BAKARY, Deputy General Manager in charge of Operations.

This milestone follows a journey through CAMRAIL’s Eastern, Northern and Central Coordinations, united by one ambition: strengthening operational coherence, bringing management closer to the field and rallying teams around safety, quality and performance.

Congratulations to Tarcis-Patrick MANGA on his new role, and best wishes to the entire Central Coordination team.
