𝟏. If you want to ship before the holidays, please plan with us in advance. Our warehouses will not accept shipments during the holidays. Shipments already in progress will operate normally.

Due to the recent strict inspection of multiple consignees by the US Customs.For company name displays on FBA label ,Once it is detected by US customs, they require the corresponding company's importer to clear customs, otherwise there will be a risk of shipment return.
So if the company name is displayed on FBA label, the following suggestions are made:
① Before you downloading /printing the FBA label, Delete the company name !
② Use a marker to cover the company name after printing.
Please pay attention and actively cooperate with the operation to avoid customs clearance issues and shipment returning .
Do not display any company name on the outer box for cargo heading to the US , thank you for your understanding! ! !
