Before you replace your cat's water fountain, check the pump. 🐱💧
A few days ago, I went to a friend’s home to help look after her cat.
Her automatic water fountain wasn't working properly, so I opened it up and checked the pump.
Inside, I found quite a lot of dirt and small particles.
I cleaned the pump, put everything back together, and...
The fountain started working normally again!
My friend had been considering buying a new fountain because the water flow had been getting weaker over time.
That made me realize that many pet owners may not know one important thing:
👉 The pump also needs regular cleaning.
Depending on the fountain, manufacturers recommend cleaning the pump regularly — some models every week or two.
So if your fountain suddenly has weak water flow or stops working:
Don't replace it immediately. Check the pump first.
It might just need a good cleaning. 😊

A little behind-the-scenes of today’s sourcing work. 👀
For a Hungarian client, I sourced everything from spicy snacks and biscuits to slippers, clothes, trousers, false eyelashes and blush.
I also added English labels to every item to make identification easier.
Sourcing isn’t always about big orders.
Sometimes, the small details matter most.

Some orders ship out today,

others are not being packed and will leave in the next few days.
Every box is carefully packed using 5-layer corrugated cartons to help reduce the risk of damage during shipping.
Full photos and videos are also sent to the customer for confirmation before the goods leave.

Sharing the real process here,in case it’s useful for anyone who wants to see how packing and pre-shipment checks are handled.

Quick Way to Identify Real Manufacturers vs Trading Companies

A direct factory will definitely post photos of their factory gates with the clear factory name and publish their factory addresses on their websites.

While trading companies usually only post pictures of production lines, equipment, sample showrooms, or photos taken with overseas clients. However, they never show photos of factory gates with the factory name.

When an order is urgent, sometimes the work doesn't end when the office closes.

Truck loaded.
Done for today. ✅
It's not about working late for the sake of working late.
It's about doing what needs to be done when a customer is counting on the shipment.

Is being “cost-effective” always a good thing for a brand?
I heard a business owner say today:
Brand → Innovation → Product → Price
It made me think about how many businesses compete.
When price becomes the main reason customers choose you, it gets harder to build something that lasts.
For a growing pet brand, I think three things matter:
💡 Innovation — give customers a reason to choose you.
🐾 Product — solve a real problem and deliver a good experience.
💰 Healthy margin — leave enough room to maintain quality and grow the business.
Being competitive on price is fine.
But being the cheapest shouldn't be the whole business model.
A healthy brand should create value for customers and leave enough margin to keep improving.
What would you prioritize for a new pet brand: better products or lower prices?

The shipment arrived. Now we count. 📦
Before putting the goods away, we check the actual quantity against the order and packing list.
Because “good quality” isn't enough.
A shipment can still go wrong if:
❌ Some pieces are missing
❌ The quantity doesn't match the packing list
❌ Models are mixed up
Finding the problem when the goods arrive is much easier than finding it after the shipment reaches the customer.
Quantity checking is part of quality control too.
Do you normally check every piece when your goods arrive?

I think my cat has decided this is a bed, a playground and a scratching board. 😂🐱
One product, three uses:

This cat scratcher is made from virgin-pulp white paperboard, and so far we haven’t seen noticeable shedding.
In our comparison test, its hardness was about 1.5× that of standard corrugated cardboard.
Apparently, my cat doesn't care about the specifications.
She just wants to use it for everything. 😂
