About the New TYPE FORM E

From Aug. 20，2019 China Custom issues New Type Form E

1） The 8th column change “WO ” to “PE” ， change “percentage %”to“PSR” （PE mean all product is 100% from China , PSR mean some material imported from third country PSR for most electronic, electrical and mechanical products)）

2) If the 8th column show PE, then 9th column does not show FOB amount
If the 8th column show PSR, then 9th column partial amount

3) Add weight markings (if you want to show weight in FE, then you need to show it is G.W weight. or N.W. weight)

4) Customs code can only show 6 digits
