Meet Don Iván Rutter, founder and owner of Zuma Tours.

For 33 years, his vision, dedication, and deep connection to this region have shaped every experience we offer. What began as a dream has grown into a trusted local company, built through decades of knowledge, reliable service, and a genuine commitment to every traveler who chooses to explore Costa Rica with us.

Don Iván’s story is also the story of Zuma Tours: experience earned over time, credibility built one guest at a time, and a passion for sharing the beauty of this place with the world.

Thirty-three years later, he is still at the heart of it all—leading with the same purpose, warmth, and commitment that started this journey. 🌊

33 years of experience. One lasting vision. Thousands of stories along the way. 💙🙏🏻
