This two charming apartment,one with 2 bedroom,the second one with one bedroom are located in the middle of Central Havana in the Vedado district and close to any part of the city that you wish to explore.
The two bedroon apartment is a small penthouse on the top floor, with a private large balcony and a private entrance.
The discreet and quiet apartment has a panoramic view overlooking Havana-including Raul Castro's penthouse where he lived before becoming President.
The two separate bedrooms are clean,fully furnished,have individual air conditioning, one king and one queen bed with new mattresses and TV.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom,including a shower with hot and cold water, a tub and a toilet.
The apartment has a small sitting room,a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and more than enough storage space, including a safe in each room.
The apartment is cleaned daily and towels and bed sheets are changed every two days.
The rate per day is 60 cuc for the apartment including 2 bedrooms(which can accommodate 4) or 40,-per bedroom.
Rates are fully inclusive.
The second one is a bottom floor apartment,similar condition.
The owner, Elio, speaks excellent French and English. His taxi service is available to pick you up from the airport for only 20 CUC and take you anywhere 24/7 for a nominal fee.
Elio can also be your personal guide and driver for a 4 hour city-tour for only 40 (including car and gasoline).
Whether a first-time guest or a seasoned traveler, you will appreciate the security as well as the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich Cuban cultural.
The owner lives in a separate apartment so you have access to your own private apartment.
Breakfast is available for $5 per person. Take a leisurely 10 minute stroll to the Malecón down safe, tree-line streets.
