We are a small 4-star high-quality boutique hotel in Prague . We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, articulate and organised individual to join our team. We currently have a position for a Hotel Receptionist, a Part-time position to work at day shifts.

Being a small hotel, we require the applicants to be responsible persons, capable of working without supervision and be able to deal with a wide range of matters including bookings/switchboard/PDQ/computer/emails/handling guests & complaints/ selling rooms/room management programs/ fire alarm, lift & evacuation. Attention to detail is important.

Good command of English is essential. You should have a friendly personality, a professional demeanour, have attention to detail, be organised & methodical, and have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards providing excellent customer service.
