Who eases, loses. Who trims, wins.

What an incredible weekend at the 43rd Schiffahrtsregatta! ⛵

Sailing under the MINSHIP flag, “Hoo-Ray” achieved an excellent result, finishing 1st in Class 3 and 4th overall of all participating yachts on corrected time. 🥇

Our crew: Dirk Becker (Skipper), Wolfgang Buttgereit (ABS), Becker Dennis Becker (MaDaTec), Tim Horn (Oskar Wehr), Constantin Rathgens (Kapital Kontor), Fabian Fussek (Kaiko), Malte Harbaum-Neuhaus and Arne Seesemann (MINSHIP)

We were also proud to see further MINSHIP representatives competing successfully on other yachts:
Julia Kellermann and Helge Kröger aboard “INSCHALLA VI“ and Mattis Creuzberger aboard “DIVA“

With strong winds, challenging conditions, and plenty of trimming, teamwork, and dedication, we enjoyed a fantastic regatta and an unforgettable time together on the water.

Teamwork Beyond the Office: A Memorable Day Monte Kaolino☀️

Last Friday, our Summer Party brought MINGROUP colleagues together for an afternoon filled with team spirit, adventure, and meaningful connections. The event began with a team walk from our office in Schnaittenbach to Hirschau, followed by a warm welcome with snacks and refreshments. Our teams then took on exciting challenges in the high ropes course and at the archery range, demonstrating trust, communication, and teamwork in action.

The evening concluded with an excellent BBQ buffet and plenty of opportunities to connect, exchange ideas, and celebrate a successful first half of the year in a relaxed atmosphere.

A sincere thank you to everyone who participated and to all who helped organize this memorable event. Experiences like these strengthen the culture, collaboration, and commitment that drive MINSHIP forward every day. 🌊💪

With deep sorrow, we say goodbye to a valued colleague and dear companion: Haroldo Sprenger.

As MINSHIP’s first representative on the ground in Brazil, he laid the foundation for our presence there with remarkable dedication, vision, and personal commitment. Beyond his professional achievements, he will be remembered for his remarkable personality.

We are deeply grateful for the time we shared and for the lasting impact he leaves behind on our company and in our memories.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones. Our thoughts are with them during this difficult time. 🕊️

From 21 to 23 April, we held our crew seminar at Hotel Gut Matheshof in Bavaria and welcomed colleagues from both sea and shore, both in person and online. The seminar combined valuable management & company updates, contributions from colleagues ashore, external trainings, and interactive workshops from our service provider - creating space for open dialogue and hands-on learning. 💡

Just as important was the personal exchange: shared social activities and evenings together helped strengthen team spirit and connections beyond the professional program.

A heartfelt thank you to all speakers, trainers and especially to our Crew for their engagement and time! 🙏
