What would you do if you had the chance to take a sabbatical?

For our colleague Benedicte Bienkowski, the answer was to spend more time on the water and become confident enough to sail her own boat.

Her sabbatical brought plenty of sailing, hands-on work on the boat, a loose propeller and even an unexpected diving trip to Türkiye. But most importantly, it gave her time to focus on something she had wanted to do for years.
