Valen-Tin LDM 6400 Manual Vehicle Restraint system

Risks and Safety Challenges at Loading Docks
There is always a risk that a truck may unexpectedly pull away from the loading dock during loading or unloading. Such incidents can have serious—or even fatal—consequences for warehouse staff.
Our new manual safety system, Valen-Tin LDM 6400 is specifically designed to address this critical risk, improving safety where accidents are most likely to occur, at the loading docks.

Common Challenges at the Loading Dock
Personnel working inside the trailer as it is pulled away
Language barriers with drivers regarding permission to leave the dock
Birds entering the building through open doors (hygiene risk)
Inefficient air exchange due to open doors (temperature control issues)
Conflicts over collecting and managing drivers’ keys
Risk of trailer theft

Our Solution:
- Locks the trailer to the dock, preventing any movement while work is being done in or around it
- Can be integrated with door control systems, so the dock door only opens when the trailer is correctly positioned
- Trailer release is only possible from inside the building, preventing unauthorized movement or theft
