One of my OG clients just got back from a wonderful short trip to Las Vegas. The one goal, Wizard of Oz at the Sphere ✔️

This is trip like 5 I’ve planned and I’m so thankful she keeps coming back!

The time has come for DEADLINES.

What do I mean? ⬇️

My group trip to Italy has two parts. 2 days in Rome and 8 days in Tuscany. Both parts with very different deadlines. So here it is:

📅 If you are wanting to join us in Rome, I need to know by Nov 15th. I cant confirm tours or hotels until I have final numbers.

📅 If you are wanting to join us in Tuscany for 8 days and 7 nights, you must make your $250 deposit by Dec. 31st.

Couples things to note:

✈️ Rome is optional. I have guest flying and meeting us in Tuscany for the second part only.

✈️ You can go wherever you want after the Tuscany tour. You don’t have to come back home. I have guest going to Amsterdam afterwards.

✈️ If you decide to go to Rome after Nov. 15th. I will do my best to have to have you at the same hotel and tours but not guaranteed.

✈️ I have 9 spots left. I will have a waitlist once those are full. Cancellations happen.

Traveling to Mexico with kids?

Important update for families! 🇲🇽

Mexico has approved legislation that COULD require adults traveling with minors under 18 to provide documentation proving their relationship or legal authority when checking into hotels and other tourist accommodations.

📌 What should you do for now?

✅ Consider bringing copies of your children’s birth certificates.
✅ Pack custody or guardianship documents, if applicable.
✅ If traveling without both parents, consider carrying a notarized parental consent letter.

⚠️Important:The exact requirements and effective date have not yet been confirmed. These are precautionary recommendations, not an official list of required documents. No need to panic just be prepared!
