In 2014, SEA MASTERS became the legal local Galapagos representatives for National Geographic’s vessel and series ¨PRISTINE SEAS¨ This series was based on Dr. Enric Sala’s scientific research, and the complex logistical needs for the expedition was wholly undertaken by SEAS MASTER in the Galapagos. This unique Galapagos documentary triggered political change in Ecuador and influenced the president of Ecuador to sign in 2016 the historical decree to declare WOLF & DARWIN islands as a MARINE SANCTUARY and NO TAKE zone. SEA MASTERS is proud to be integral part of the history of conservation of the Galapagos.
