A yard with forty boats already has the answer to "which one needs attention this morning?" sitting in the data. Finding it is the work — open a boat, read the voltages, check whether the charger held overnight, then do it again for the next one.
We have been building the short way round.
AI Guard is now live for every VoltSense HUB customer. Each night it studies weeks of readings from one boat, learns how that boat normally behaves, and reports only what actually changed — a charge that keeps falling short, a slow drift downwards, a load someone left on over winter. Every finding shows the numbers behind it.
And with the first pilot fleets we are testing something else: a chat panel in the corner of the HUB. You ask in ordinary words — "which boats need attention", "when did she last charge" — and the answer comes from your own fleet, in your own language.
It reads and cannot change anything. There is no write path to switch off, because none exists. And when the data cannot answer, it says so instead of guessing. That last part took most of the work.
