1. Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, preferably within the maritime or logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial records, statements, and reports
• Handle accounts payable/receivable
• Reconcile bank transactions and ledgers
• Coordinate with suppliers and agents on invoicing
• Support financial audits and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software
• Accuracy and attention to detail
2. Crew Coordinator (Operations Specialist)
Supporting vessel operations, crew logistics, and port coordination. This role is key to ensuring smooth and compliant crew changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize crew changes and travel logistics
• Coordinate with shipmasters, agents, and manning offices
• Maintain accurate crew records and schedules
• Prepare crew reports and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous crewing or maritime operations experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic operations
