Location: Arab Republic of Egypt

Job Objective: Executing and following up daily accounting transactions and administrative affairs of the company, auditing shipping agency accounts and port expenses, in addition to following up HR files and administrative services to ensure smooth and accurate workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Recording and entering daily accounting entries and supplier/client accounts on the financial system (ERP).
Reviewing and auditing invoices, port authority claims, customs fees, and shipping agency service expenses.
Following up financial collections and reconciling accounts with shipping lines and clients, and preparing account statements.
Preparing financial comparisons and documentary cycles related to field operational expenses.
Assisting in preparing monthly financial reports and tax filings in coordination with the Finance Manager.
Following up attendance/departure records, leaves, and preparing the monthly Payroll.
Managing employee files and following up social insurance procedures and employment contracts.
Overseeing administrative procurement, premises maintenance, and providing offices' logistical needs.
Organizing the documentary archive for financial and administrative files and maintaining legal records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting or Business Administration major).
3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and administrative affairs (experience with shipping or maritime transport and logistics companies preferred).
Very good command of English (spoken and written financial and administrative terminology).
Proficiency in accounting programs, ERP, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), high accuracy with numbers, and strong organizational skills.
