About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager from the pharmaceutical sector to work remotely from Egypt, driving business growth and building strategic partnerships in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with distributors and partners in the Saudi market

Identify expansion opportunities and negotiate licensing and distribution agreements

Follow up on product registration procedures with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA)

Manage supply channels across public sector (MOH, NUPCO) and private sector (hospitals, pharmacy chains)

Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for senior management

Travel periodically to KSA to manage partnerships on the ground

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (preferred), or Business Administration

5–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 2–3 years focused on the Saudi or GCC market

Strong knowledge of SFDA procedures and supply/distribution channels in Saudi Arabia

Fluent in Arabic (Saudi dialect preferred) and English

Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships remotely

Existing network of distributors or hospital contacts in the Saudi market is a plus
